Our free health events started out small in 2009 and have grown exponentially in attendance, services provided and number of practitioners on hand to help with a wide variety of health issues.
From these community events, the idea for a newsletter was considered, which in the summer of 2010 became a full color glossy magazine circulated statewide, called Thrive. This publication is a great way to receive expert information on a regular basis without having to wait for the next expo to arrive in your community.
Readers will benefit from a host of contributing writers who are experts in their field and are often present at our health events. Here you will find information for family health and whole body, integrative approaches to common health problems. Broad topics include diet, exercise, fun day trips with the family as well as historical sites to visit throughout Oklahoma. There are always features on organic gardening, healthy recipes to try and shopping guide. You can find anything and everything that contributes to you and your family living well.
